Fake Business Listings effecting my clients profile.

Hi all, one of my client is facing issues with some fake business profile created on his own car garage. I submitted the redressal form but no nothing worked its been 3 months now. I provided google with a video in which i opened direction to that fake listing and when the directions ended it was my clients car garage. The fake listing is created on my garage. My client is is so much upset seeing this happening. Today we noticed that fake listing guy have created another fake listing but on different address. Also the fake business profile is having no name its a keyword as a business name. Can you please guide me what can be done. Since google have not responded to my redressal form. Thank you
