Fake Google calls

Good Morning! I've been receiving so many calls from companies claiming to be from Google. One call this am was from "google map support". It's always interesting to listen to them try to convince me that they are from Google and how my nap is hurting my rankings. LOL- did you know that "consistently updating your GMB dashboard will help your rankings"! Anyway- last week I received a call from the same "Google" company (I know the name of the company- but not sure I can post it here), and the phone actually displayed as Google Inc. This is so misleading to people... can this be reported somewhere- is this legal?
