Free or Cheap Press Release for Lawyers

Hi there, I have posted free press releases before and have found plenty of articles pointing me to the best sites.

But I notice there are restrictions on posting lawyer/attorney press releases.
They don't do those for free. Guess they are worried someone might sue?

Anyways, looking for actual experience posting free or cheap releases for this type of client.

It's not free or cheap, but avoid using PRweb for legal PRs because their guidelines for getting a legal PR approved are ridiculous. Stuff like docket #s when referring to cases, and the list goes on.
