GBP - Adding 4 Q/A's is the first Q/A the one that stays on top?

Going to add 4 Q/A's to a clients GBP listing. One of the questions they definitely want to be on the top and visible. To accomplish this do I add that question first (1/4) or add it last (4/4) to make the important question on top.

Thoughts?

Don't worry about the order you post them in. Upvote the question you want to be at the top and it should appear above the others. The question with the most upvotes is typically at the top.

Nothing with Google is hard and fast. Things are always in constant state of change. It works now... will it work in 6-months who knows.

The way you (or anyone else) can choose which of the Q/A goes to the top seems like it is ripe to be manipulated in a negative way. @JoyHawkins have you seen the Q/A being manipulated alot by getting alot of people to upvote a negative question?
