GBP created and suspended before verification!?!

Just curious, anyone seen that happen? It's usually right after verification. This is an SAB. Owner told me they had a Profile before, but it was suspended a while back, I'm guessing for the same reason.

Also, is it possible to recover that old profile? Owner doesn't seem to have access, it was created for them years ago. Since it's suspended, only the profile owner can see it, so how would we even go about trying to claim it?

Yeah, so if it gets suspended right away it basically means you failed verification.

No, it wouldn't be possible to recover access for a profile that old that the client doesn't have access to.
