We are working with a clinical trials center (Tandem Clinical Research) that has six locations. Out of these six locations, the GBP for two locations has been created by a different company name (ClinCloud LLC). Those two GBPs are essentially different entities than Tandem but Tandem owns ClinCloud. The client has said that Tandem owns ClinCloud, but doesn’t want to change the name. They include ‘powered by Tandem’ in the tagline. The rest of the four GBPs have been created by the name of Tandem Clinical Research. What is the best way to move forward for us? What changes shall we suggest to our client? Shall we rename ClinCloud to Tandem? This is the sort of situation we are facing for the first time. Any advice would be really helpful.
