We need some help, we have a client that is in the manufacturing industry with a soft suspension. They have been at their physical location for over 10 years. Their business has signage and logos on the exterior which can be seen from Google Street View photography, etc.

We received a suspension notice in May, at that time we replied with their business license, a link to their license on the Michigan Business Entity website, a copy of their utility bills (both Gas and Electric). Our original request was denied.

We've replied to the email thread from the account we filed the reconsideration request under and we keep getting this as a reply (an infinite loop). There appears to be no process in place to elevate this to a real employee for review.

"Hello,

Thank you for contacting the Google Business Profile team.

The Business Profile email address you provided doesn’t match the address used to submit your request. Please resubmit your request with the email address associated with the account."

@Professor M

Would you suggest a reconsideration request from another account that has managerial-level access and indicate we have not previously put through a request, trying to start with a fresh cycle then?

IIRC, that message usually means either there are competing requests for assistance (i.e. if the client sent one on their own) or that your email is a manager and not an owner/the main owner.

no, I am actually advising to claim the profile again. Go to Google Maps and find the profile and click on "Own this business" and verify the profile. You will need to use an account that is not currently associated with the profile.
