GBP Posts Published But Not Found In Google Search Or Maps

My post was published successfully but, I cant see it in Google Search & Maps in usual format. Any thoughs on this might be helpful:

In general posts are shown like this -

But on my listings it shows like this:

Any thoughts why is it so?

Depending on the type of post, they can display in different places and formats. It could be related to that.
