I'm a PE trying to help someone on the GBP help forum.
Their reinstatement continues to be denied due to 'violation of policy guidelines'.
Their business is in South Korea.
Their business documentation is in Korean - but they use an English language name on their logo and branding, and for the name on their business profile - along with a description and other information in English.
I can't find any documentation on Google about GBP language usage. I'm trying to figure this out so I learn more.
It seems reasonable for them to use the English name on their profile since that is what they use in their real life logo (I checked their logo use on FB and Instagram pictures).
But... their legal ownership registration does have the name in Korean.
Would that be considered a 'violation of the policy guidelines'?
Their settings and documentation is here: suspended GBP - Google Drive (it's publically available through the help forum, I am not divulging anything covered under nda. I did have them change to name from StarKick to Star-Kick to match what they use in the logo.
They are using their facebook page as their webpage. I would not recommend that, but I don't see any indication in the help center that that is against the policies.
There are some typos in their description, but I don't *think* that would be a policy violation.
Thoughts? Is the problem the the name being in English or something else?
Thanks,
Chris
