I have a GBP that I can't view the KP for.

I have never run into this before, I suspect is is related to the fact that the company name is CITY + SERVICE
The only way I can access the GBP dashboard is to go to Update your browser to manage your Business Profile - Google Business Profile Help as the brand does not come up in SERP.
I am trying to grab the direct URL to individual products on the GBP and without the KP they aren't displayed on desktop. I can't grab them on mobile because they open with a script and of course GMB Everwhere is not currently working for me (the only alternative option that I have found to link directly to the product catalog).
