GBP Suspended - "Deceptive Content" - Licensed Red Seal Plumber BC Canada - Need Product Expert Help

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping a Product Expert can help review my case. My Google Business
Profile was suspended on May 8, 2026 with "Deceptive Content"
classification. I submitted one appeal which was denied.

I believe this is a false positive. I'm a legitimate licensed tradesperson:

- Red Seal Certified Plumber (Interprovincial Standards)
- Licensed Gas Fitter (Technical Safety BC)
- BC Registered Corporation - IQ Plumbing & Heating Ltd.
- $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance


My profile information is fully accurate and consistent:
- Business name matches BC Corporate Registry exactly
- Personal mobile phone (not VoIP/forwarding)
- Home address that I own, with utilities in my name
- All photos are original, taken by me
- No fake reviews (no reviews yet)
- Information unchanged since profile creation
- Categories: Plumber, Gas installation service, Water heater installation
- Website is consistent with profile

I operate as a standard home-based Service Area Business, which is the
normal model for licensed mobile plumbers in British Columbia.

I have full documentation ready: Red Seal certificate, Gas Fitter license,
BC business registration, insurance certificate, WorkSafeBC clearance,
utility bill, and a verification video.

Could a Product Expert please help review this case? I can share my
Profile ID privately if needed.

Thanks for the reply. Google sent me an email stating that my appeal was denied, but they mentioned I would receive a separate email to perform a video verification. It has been two days now and I still haven't received that follow-up email. Is this delay normal, or should I be concerned that the process is stuck
