Getting Suspended on Multiple Accounts

I am currently having problems with creating locations for Businesses I manage.

I created location for a Container Storage company with 7 sites. I created them with different phone number but they keep been suspended, I appeled this but they were not approved. I also did the second appeal and it was rejected too. On this, I think the name is the problem : Low Cost Container Storage (the name is fully registered).

I created for a painting company that has 5 locations and I made changes to the main address and all the profiles were suspended, I deleted them and I created just the main location and after 2weeks it got suspended again.

I also created for a Concrete company who already have a location with over 300 reviews but all the locations were suspended except 1 and the main location.

Is my PC mac address marked or my IP marked by google?

Because I dont suspension issues before until I created the location : Low Cost Container Storage and I tried using other accounts I own.

Please advice and help.
