Has anyone else noticed Google My Business asking consumers about "Covid safety practices" at restaurants through push notifications? It appears to come through Google Questions but it's never posted. Wondering what this is all about?

I think you are referring to what I would call external attributes. The help doc on those can be found here - Answer questions and improve Google Maps - Google Maps Help It's actually a function of Google Maps, but they can become visible on the GMB profile.
I've also been seeing some Covid related questions. It's one of the ways that Google is attempting to understand how local businesses have been impacted, and our modifying their operations, in light of the pandemic.
