I am looking for a solution to get approval on a Toll-free number in GMB listings. In the past, we have a couple of approval for the toll free but our edit for this is not approved.

Does anyone face this issue?
 
@vivekrpatel, is the toll-free number displayed prominently (and as crawlable text) on the landing page URL? If not, that's the next thing I'd suggest.

Hey Phil,

Thanks for getting back to me. It is 800 my bad.

This is mentioned on the landing page prominently. It's been more than 7 days since I have updated the GMB but still not been approved.
 
That's odd. Probably the next thing to do, then, is a blast of work on the most-important citations. If you haven't done so already.

I assume the 800 number isn't used on other GMB pages. (Not that that's probably the issue here.)

Unfortunately, we just have to work on two GMB profiles out of them one has been approved but not updated toll-free number, and the other one asking for video verification (since we are not receiving postcards last 20 days)
