GMB not showing up in search (Charles E. Boyk Law Offices, LLC - Fremont)

Issue: This is a verified location that does not show up when searching for the location. Even when using the specific name of the business and location, this GMB does not show up. Previously spoke with support, no real answer. Tried building links to the location to show that it is a legitimate location. Still not showing up in search results even though the listing status in the back end is "Published."
