GMB on Mobile: "Directory" tab

On mobile I find a tab labeled "Directory" with two of our departments, illustrated below. What are the steps to influence/build this out further with additional departments data?

These are listings that are connected to the parent listing via the "located in" section or department listings section. GMB support should be able to hook up ones that are missing or remove ones if they're incorrect.
