Went to reply via GMB App to a review that came through today only to find I now have two review sections in GMB App with everything showing zero. See screenshot. At the moment our profile still shows our correct rating <phew> and I was instead able to respond via Google Maps but I just thought I’d highlight the latest that seems to be happening on the GMB App. I did do a search before posting but I couldn’t see anyone else had posted anything similar. Just wondering if Google maps is the way to go. The GMB App seems to be quite volatile recently.
