Can anyone help me with a franchise location that was suspended? We have 11 locations that were suspended out the blue. These locations have been in business for 10+ years. Google is just telling me to create a new account or we can't display due to guidelines. I am not sure what the guidelines are but we have over 800+ reviews on some accounts. I can't create a new account and just move forward. Would love to understand what I need to do. I have submitted reinstatement forms. I just need am hoping to get someone to help me versus receiving a generic response.

@thegridbiz you filled out the reinstatement form and that is all you can do until you hear back. As a next step you can contact regular GMB support here, to dispute the decision once they deliver it.
 
So they uphold the reinstatement but don't give any ideas why? My client is a plumbing company and is really being adversely impacted. Their response was "create a new GMB account". The account has 800+ reviews after 10 years.
