GMB Tagline?

This is a very strange situation. We have a GMB here with a business name that is showing up like this:

That is NOT the name on GMB. The business name is actually in brackets (redacted).

What is this 'tagline'? And where can we find it on the back end of the listing?

Anyone else ever seen this before?

Update - Figured it out but I can't remove my post

It's the 'add a label' feature!

Hey @aputtock No need to delete the post. People will learn something from this. I am actually curious what you are referring to when you say "add a label" feature.

I assume you are referring to this feature below? So the result you were seeing was a personalized result, right?
