Google account associated with GBP is placed under restriction

Hi,

I am facing this issue with one of the listings and it says 'Google account associated with GBP is placed under restriction' , i am not sure what exact reason is behind this but i am very sure its something related to GBP and it has been suspended as well.

When tried to connect with Support team I am getting an automated response each time that your business is suspended and we can't help unless the suspension is lifted.

But on other hand if my account is restricted, how is it possible to get rid of suspension?

please suggest.

your google account got restricted along with your GMB. you need to transfer your ownership then appeal for reinstatement.

If you have multiple accounts on the listing, you can use this link when signed in to each account to check which one of them is restricted.

One of the Google Business Profile users had their account suspended (restricted from managing GBPs or a full ban from all Google services). You need to find the user(s) responsible and remove their connection to the profile before requesting reinstatement
