Google Business Profile Gone - likely deleted by former webmaster

The client’s Google Business Profile (GBP) was previously managed by their former webmaster. Following the transition to a new website and provider, the profile has been deleted. We are seeking to recover the original listing, as it contained a significant history of customer reviews that are vital to the business. Does anyone know how we'd go about reinstating this profile under the owner's direct control? Thank you in advance for any help.

Go post in the help forum and give as much detail as possible:
1. Name of the business
2. Address
3. Links to five reviews. You can find them in the new review notification emails from Google
4. Screenshots of five reviews.

This is a trade business so even the reviews emails were sent back to the old webmaster. He controlled it all. The business owner doesn't have screen shots of reviews either. Just trying to help this guy. I'll give it a shot with what I have. Thanks again.
