If we are posting floor plans for an apartment complex in Minnesota on GBP - I am assuming we need to include a hidden fees disclosure to be compliant to the new laws, however if we aren't using pricing I wanted to make sure that we aren't missing anything - should we still post any kind of disclosure to be legally compliant there?
