Recently, a few of our restaurant locations have been completely blocked from the SERP. I have checked that all information is accurate, listings are not suspended, and there are no issues on the website or third party applications for ordering or citations.

Our restaurants are named for their locations, IE BENTO Davie for our Davie location, BENTO Kissimmee for our Kissimmee location, and they have used this naming structure since the beginning. It is not technically our legal business name, and we do not have DBA's for them. Could this possibly be contributing to our profiles being hidden? If you Google BENTO Davie or BENTO Kissimmee, our business no longer shows up at all in GBP.

I am wondering if it is possibly due to the spam update that rolled out last month, and what the first step to trying to fix this would be? Any similar experiences?

I searched for BENTO Davie I found your profile

I was also able to find your BENTO Kissimmee profile but I did have to type the name and click an auto-complete suggestion when it popped up. When I search "BENTO Kissimmee" I get a knowledge panel for another business - likely because this business is well optimized for "bento Kissimmee" keywords and Google thinks this is a better result for that search.

This is likely happening because your business name is too generic, and Google thinks that people searching for "bento in Kissimmee" want to see a different bento restaurant... Your brand name is not unique enough and is too similar to a general search.
