Google displays "deleted reviews" hint

Dear forum members,

can you share some advice how to deal with google displaying a "deleted reviews" hint very prominently in the reviews section - in google search as well as in google maps.

I guess building up positive reviews is more key than ever.

Might be that this is a German only issue? Reviews for this location have been removed. In the past year, six to ten reviews were removed due to a defamation complaint under German law."
