Hello all,

My client received the G+B verification pin in the post. But when we entered the details it didn't work.

Not sure if you have experienced this at all...

What concerns me is that the next pin doesn't work either...
Is there a way of letting Google know?

Any ideas?


I don't have time to read the whole thread and all previous advice, but have you tried the verification troubleshooter?

How to get there kinda depends on whether you have the old or new dash, but try either the home page of Google help docs. OR go to dash >> help >> contact us.
