Hello, I have a few clients who are trying to get verified through the live video option as well as my coworkers. We all seem to be running into issues however when we get to the chat part of the process. Either the chat will just kick people out while they are waiting in line, kick them out while they are answering the questions, say they are going to reach out in 24-48 hours and then not, or send over the meet link and not show up. Some of my clients have tried going through this process multiple times just to keep having these issues. Is there an option after this? If this live video is not working what do we need to do to get our clients listings verified? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
