Has anyone experienced Google going back and unapproving your client's/business response to a review after previously approving the response?
When this has happened in the past our team would just make a slight adjustment to the review response and then it would be approved. We're not sure what could be causing the unapproval as well. These are very harmless responses that the business is making, no keyword stuffing either.
