We respond to reviews for our various locations, but we’ve noticed that our replies are not always visible to the public on Google (Maps). The responses do show up in our Google Business dashboard (and in our review management tool), so we know they were submitted successfully. But end users can’t see them.
This happens across multiple locations. The responses don’t contain any spammy content or violations.
