We respond to reviews for our various locations, but we’ve noticed that our replies are not always visible to the public on Google (Maps). The responses do show up in our Google Business dashboard (and in our review management tool), so we know they were submitted successfully. But end users can’t see them.

This happens across multiple locations. The responses don’t contain any spammy content or violations.

Is this a known issue? Has anyone else experienced this?
 
Thank you, we did contact GMB support. They were able to fix a few things, but the issue is still present. It also occurs with other locations/company, and even when we reply using a different email address (to be sure it’s not related to the email), some responses still don’t always appear. Hopefully it's a temporary bug
 
Update: solved

I have the impression that this was a temporary bug this week.

For different companies (I looked at around 15–20 across different industries we don’t manage) that usually receive new reviews almost daily, the most recent reviews all appeared to be from 4–6 days ago.

Since yesterday, everything seems to be updating again in short time, including the responses.
