My client has moved and has tried to update his address through GMB a number of times. I even suggested an edit with the new address, yet Google has yet to change the address. My client has been at his new location for almost a year now and this week, he had to potential clients go to the wrong address because Google has yet to update it.

This is a pretty simple request. We're not asking for anything extraordinary from Google, just accuracy. I tried calling support, but looks like due to the pandemic, Google is not offering support for this.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how we get Google to recognize the change?
