Google Payment Profile Suspended, Not Able To Run Ads

Hello,
My Google Payment Profile has been suspended since April 20, 2022. I have followed Google's instructions for reinstatement, filling out the form and providing them with a photo of my identification. I've called several times and am told to wait for the Ad support team to email me. The only communication I've received from Google was a request for the full legal name and address of one of my clients. I have been unable to run ads for three of my accounts and I don't know what to do. Please help, I'm willing to pay for assistance. 573-821-5671.
