Google Removed Our Profile When Reporting Dupe

Hi, it looks like Google remove our active listing when we were reporting a duplicate profile. What should I do? Our original profile is no longer showing. I don't even know what to submit a support ticket as.

Sorry to hear that. Sounds like Google merged them the wrong way.

Once two listings are merged into one Google doesn't seem to have the ability to unmerge them. You will want to get access to the listing that the other one was merged into.

Judging from your screenshots, you were already in control of both GBPs, so I don't think you actually have a problem at all here?

Unless there is some serious weirdness behind the scenes (such as triggering the moved GBP bug), all the rankings should transfer to the merged profile once the info is updated properly.
