Google removing UTM Parameters & Phone numbers...

Google keeps removing UTM parameters and phone numbers on our client's GBP's. Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone have any suggestions to as to what to do - if anything? And is there any way to track this?

Often when I see posts like this the culprit turns out to be a service someone has given access to that keeps over riding the manual entries.
