Google Review Count Is Off?

Perhaps in relation to this thread: New surge of Google review removals | Local Reviews

I am seeing a client with an odd review rating and review count on their own Google Business Profile.
One section states:
4.6 rating
230 reviews

Another section states:
4.7 rating
241 reviews

Would anyone know why this is the case?
