Google Review Left 24hrs Ago Shows a Response From 4 Months Ago

Hello,
I am unable to respond to a review that was left 24hrs ago. And, worse, it shows a response from 4 months ago on it. How can this be? I did see that Neale Miller left another Google review back in Oct. 2021. But that's way longer than 4 months ago. Any ideas on how to correct this?

If Neale Miller updated an old review, it would show as NEW again and display your original owner response. You should be able to edit your owner response if you are logged in as the listing owner.
