Hey guys, one of our client's informed me that several of their customers have told them that they have left 5 Star Google reviews in the past couple of weeks, but they are not showing up. The most recent ones are from over 2 months ago. What would be some of the reasons they aren't?

The filter is catching them and it could be for various reasons.
Could be some words in the review that are getting caught.
Are the reviews being left at the place of business?

Thanks for the reply, Yan. I agree with you concerning Google's filter. Pretty sure that's the culprit. The reviews are not being submitted from their offices.
 
Ask your client to check their GMB dashboard. If the main screen shows 7 reviews and the reviews tabs shows 5, then this is a bigger issue that a lot of users are experiencing. Google is aware of this and looking into it.
