Google's job listings search is now open to all job search sites & developers

Not exactly "local" and yet competing for great new employees is very much a local sort of effort at times.

This may be a game changer for industries that have a hard time recruiting enough employees, like those in my vertical niche ( eldercare related services ).

Thoughts?

This is definitely a game changer. I used to have a client that was an employment agency. I can imagine that he has a lot of work to do now. Time for someone to build a plugin that automates this schema
