Has anyone realized the lack of support Google has offered lately? I am noticing a lot more templated responses that either don't make sense or are totally wrong. Does anyone know if Google has changed their support team or if they are going through staffing issues?

I have tried e-mailing them about their review support tool that is broken. No matter what I do they auto respond to use the tool.
