Hi all

Ive been using Google ads for a long time but lately ive been having issues with not getting any impressions or clicks on campaigns, even dynamic ads= nothing, whereas before, i would get tons of impressions or clicks. So i saw that Google introduced a £40 fee for support now, as if that isnt taking the P*** enough i have been left with no choice but to try and get in touch with them. The option to contact them at all isnt there any more, the ONLY option showing to me is to use the comunity which from my limited experience is no help at all.

Has anyone else exerienced this that there is no contact option any more? see attachment, it used to say either ask community or call us ( the paid option) but thats not even an option anymore. Surely they must see if my account isnt earning then they arent earning either

Anyone know how i can contact them even to get a complaint in?

Hey,

You can try calling 1-800-838-7971 and follow the prompts but it may just boot you off and disconnect. Depending on the time of day, chat & email contact options should also be available in your account.

Click the Help icon (top right of page) and again follow the prompts. I just did it in one account (doesn't mean it's available right at this moment in your account), and got the email option.

The Ads Community is also a great resource, it's not monitored by Google and no support exists there, but you could get ideas as to what the fix is for your problem.

Have you checked any billing or verification issues? Is your budget way too low? Have you changed any campaign settings?
 
Thanks Chris, ive opened a new page, deleted cache etc and although i always used to see multiple options for support, its still showing just the community option. Makes no sense

Budgets are def high enough, adjusted bids also but what i didnt know was that i had to click on bidding strategy reportds and manually add that strategy to each campaign. That has def done something but i still need to know the support option is there when i need it
