Google won't accept main category

Hi Everyone,

We have a client that's a moving company. Every time I try and put "Moving Company" as their primary category, Google deletes it within an hour and replaces it with "Storage Facility". Not to mention they delete every other additional category we add like "Moving and Storage Service".

It's been a few weeks that I have tried over 6 times to correct it and without fail Google will change it back.

This client has another location and we have not run into this issue at all. It gladly accepts "Moving Company" as the primary category as well as the other additional categories we add.

Has anyone run into this before? Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!!!

We ran into a very similar issue recently and we were able to resolve it by contacting Google business profile support.
