Groupon/GBP Question

Our client has their Groupon sponsored ad showing on their GBP. I understand that in order to get removed, you have to stop the Groupon. But my question is if he stops the Groupon, is there anything else that can be in that sponsored spot. The client wants to use Roller which is a POS system for promos. I wasnt sure if Groupon owns this space entirely below OR can it be replaced with something else

I wanted to check here first as explaining this to support will be a challenge I am sure

I've replied elsewhere to OP's question, but I'll reply here, too, in case anyone else is wondering.

1. It's a Google Ads slot and the campaign is run by Groupon. If you cancel the Groupon, Groupon may run a competitor's campaign there or another company could fill that Ads slot. It's a dance of sorts.

2. Roller is just an an all-in-one CRM/POS/Marketing tool and isn't applicable to that Ads slot.
