hi, first time here so hope my question isn't too lame.

I have a GMB account in one location, a bricks & mortar location, in a suburb in my city. We cover the whole city as a mobile service too, and I want to promote our mobile service to a suburb/area I live in, Collaroy, a different area of the city.

Is there a way I can add a new service area GMB account for the suburb/area I live in, without google banning my store location, or is there something else I can do. I want this GMB account so I can add a Collaroy map to some pages on my website targeting this location.

Welcome to the Local Search Forum!

You can't create a separate GBP to cover a service area. I would suggest creating a page on the website that is optimized for that area. That page can rank organically and become visible to potential customers in that area.
