Have you ever seen “display a warning to let consumers know that fake reviews were removed”?

Hello. I am a Japanese gold product expert.

Last month, I saw the help page for "Business Profile restrictions for policy violations".

I have seen "not be able to receive new reviews or ratings for set period of time" and "unpublished for set period of time". I have seen this since December 2023.
However, I have not seen the third one, "display a warning to let consumers know that fake reviews were removed".
What does this display look like? Also, has anyone tried "Appeal your Business Profile restriction"?

According to reports, it's currently only in the UK.

Can I ask if you know by what methodology did those 'suspected fake reviews' got removed from that place?

I am asking because a client of mine is targeted by an ex-employee who seems to know how to game the Google review system.
The disgruntled ex-employee(and friends) is posting a series of 1-star reviews with no text whatsoever.
Although these multiple 1-star reviews are a form of fake engagement (according to Google's guidelines), these seem hard to remove because there is an absence of any offensive text.
