Help! Service business in Las Vegas disappeared from maps.

Help! We have a local carpet cleaning service in Las Vegas. Our gmb has been active over 7 years and we’ve always ranked between at least 1 and 6 on maps. Now I can’t find our business anywhere.. NaturalDry Carpet Cleaning when typed into search shows the gmb listing but now under any keywords we ranked for our business has disappeared. I was reading a post about service businesses w no address bug. Should I add an address onto our gmb to help show up again?? We went from 60+ map views listings a day to 0. I don’t know what to do!
