I was just going about my business, monkeying around in the local results. Then something caught my eye:

Wow, good find Phil. Pretty tacky of that business though.

But you are right. It's worth thinking of a tactful design strategy that would earn more clicks.

It's odd that the brand search pulled a carousel. But I reproduced the result and I guess maybe it's normal when you click one of those more results links to get a carousel. I guess I just never click there.

Yeah, I don't recall the carousel being triggered in this way for brand-name searches. Especially in an industry where you don't see the carousel for broader queries.
