Hello, I assist a client who is a plastic surgeon. A few days ago, he received a false review from a woman claiming to be his patient, saying that he performed a procedure that caused damage to her body. However, this never happened, because this woman was never a patient of this doctor.
A police report was filed, and I submitted a request to Google for the immediate removal of this review, including the police report. Even so, Google did not remove it, saying there was nothing wrong with the review, which is absurd!
Does anyone know what I can do to get this review removed? This is causing serious damage and problems to the doctor’s image.
