How Can I Transfer Primary Ownership Of a GBP If The Pencil Mark is Unresponsive?

I'm trying to transfer primary ownership of a GBP to another owner. When I click on the pencil mark nothing happens. Has anyone had this issue? How did you resolve it? Is there an alternative way to transfer ownership?

not only with ownership transfer, but other things like editing the appointment link, don't work either.

Just came across this for my profile and can now get the options after clicking the pencil icon. Is it working for everyone now?
