I have submitted a name change edit for a business which is 'filtering' mine and has included numerous keywords in its name. I have suggested the edit previously but the keywords just reappear. The recent edit was not processed after a couple of weeks so I submitted a redressal form including copious evidence on 11 July (reference 5-8096000034974). That was two weeks ago, and nothing's happened since
Is anyone here able to escalate further? Or should I post on the GBP forum?
