How to find your GMB Profile?

Hey guys, yesterday I tried everything I know and can find on youtube to see a client's GMB Profile to check his 'Performance' results but nothing I did works. Logging into his google local business account I am not seeing that option, looking in google maps I can see his profile [knowledge Panel] on the right side but no option to see the usual section to edit and view the Performance e.t.c options, help please?

Do you see none of the options to edit the profile, read reviews, etc, or is it just Performance that is missing?

If you're only using the owners login and there are no edit options, it sounds more like it's the wrong account.
