How to get the lost ranking position?

I have a question about "How I can gain the lost ranking on Google again"? It is one of our main keywords on which we were ranking in the top 1 & 2 positions for the last 2.5 years consecutively and we never lost the top 2 results in the last few years.
2 Months ago, we shifted from WordPress to our custom CMS (built on Next.js) and we lost a lot of rankings due to some migration issues, but we recovered everything that we could. But for the main keywords, I am asking went down to the 8th position and stuck there.
What will be your approach in such cases?

I have a few questions. Can you clarify what the keyword is and what the searcher location is? Also, are you referring to organic or local map pack results? You will need to share the business website as well if you are looking for specific suggestions.
